| And my heart in sorrow deepened | C |
| When my life sees no air | A |

| My joy is short lived sorrows overwhelming | D |
| Tears overflowing my heart rejects calming | D |
| Situations around me remained unfair | A |

| Poverty is becoming a pandemic | E |
| My hard work fruitless and anaemic | E |
| Yet needs at me stare | A |

| I searched for love but I found it scarce | B |
| Marriage to me became a farce | B |
| In a family where love is rare | A |

| When the Why gets too much | F |
| And I begin to loose hope at such | F |
| I just couldn't figure out where | A |

| Truth it is you are Almighty | G |
| But when the Why's become so mighty | G |
| And the tears no hand can clear | H |

| Powers exist but a fictional book tells us | B |
| A supreme being is the strongest and precious | B |
| When powers seem to stare | A |

| When thoughts of death flood upon my head | I |
| And depression over takes me on my bed | I |
| When hope is no more there | A |

| When love is sought for and found minute | J |
