Monday beckoned a grey morning sky,
raw drizzling rain spattered against the windshield,
cars windscreen wipers waved left and right.

she scrutinized into my eyes and I’d as well,
she was grief-stricken and exasperated,
her eyes were red-rimmed.

I know I was not the only one who had noticed it,
she was everyone favorite,
but I wished she was mine only,
wed her and make her my wife,
but her eyes speaks,
nature had been harsh and cruel on her.

I became addled,
wondering if God had wanted to take away my best friend,
the woman who brings smiles on my face when I’m bored or happy,
the only woman who makes me stay updated.

Alas alas she turned swiftly and flew off,
I wished I could grow wings like a falcon and fly after her,
tell her I would protect her and keep her away from the nature,
But I could not and I never knew where she went.

A lone woman kicked out of the earth by our very own nature into an unknown world.

I was consoled by the foamy car seat,
and the car air conditioner which blew silently.

But after all hardship and grief, I was eased when I saw her flying with her white soaked feather
Wetted by the rain,
She was glittering but apparently her eyes speaks sorrow.
