Rhyme Scheme: ABBC ADDE AFFA GHAG CIHC JKKJ

See the stars loveA
In the water much clearer and brighterB
Than those above us and whiterB
Like nenupharsC
-
Star shadows shine loveA
How many stars in your bowlD
How many shadows in your soulD
Only mine love mineE
-
When I move the oars loveA
See how the stars are tossedF
Distorted the brightest lostF
So that bright one of yours loveA
-
The poor waters spillG
The stars waters broken forsakenH
The heavens are not shaken you say loveA
Its stars stand stillG
-
There did you seeC
That spark fly up at us evenI
Stars are not safe in heavenH
What of yours then love yoursC
-
What then love if soonJ
Your light be tossed over a waveK
Will you count the darkness a graveK
And swoon love swoonJ
