Sigh No More Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAABAAACAAAB AAAB AAAB AAAB

The cuckoo and the coo dove's ceaseless callingA
CallingA
Of a meaningless monotony is pallingA
All my morning's pleasure in the sun fleck scattered woodB
May blossom and blue bird's eye flowers fallingA
FallingA
In a litter through the elm tree shade are scrawlingA
Messages of true love down the dust of the high roadC
I do not like to hear the gentle grievingA
GrievingA
Of the she dove in the blossom still believingA
Love will yet again return to her and make all goodB
-
When I know that there must ever be deceivingA
DeceivingA
Of the mournful constant heart that while she's weavingA
Her woes her lover woos and sings within another woodB
-
Oh boisterous the cuckoo shouts forestallingA
StallingA
A progress down the intricate enthrallingA
By paths where the wanton headed flowers doff their hoodB
-
And like a laughter leads me onward heavingA
HeavingA
A sigh among the shadows thus retrievingA
A decent short regret for that which once was very goodB
