Hidden Things Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHEIEEEE

Let them not seek to discover who I wasA
from all that I have done and saidB
An obstacle was there that transformedC
the deeds and the manner of my lifeD
An obstacle was there that stopped meE
many times when I was about to speakF
Only from my most imperceptible deedsG
and my most covert writingsH
from these alone will they understand meE
But perhaps it isn't worth exertingI
such care and such effort for them to know meE
Later in the more perfect societyE
surely some other person created like meE
will appear and act freelyE
