Music I Heard Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHIH

Music I heard with you was more than musicA
And bread I broke with you was more than breadB
Now that I am without you all is desolateC
All that was once so beautiful is deadB
-
Your hands once touched this table and this silverD
And I have seen your fingers hold this glassE
These things do not remember you belovedF
And yet your touch upon them will not passE
-
For it was in my heart that you moved among themG
And blessed them with your hands and with your eyesH
And in my heart they will remember alwaysI
They knew you once O beautiful and wiseH
