Improvisations: Light And Snow: 01 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH

The girl in the room beneathA
Before going to bedB
Strums on a mandolinC
The three simple tunes she knowsD
How inadequate they are to tell how her heart feelsE
When she has finished them several timesF
She thrums the strings aimlessly with her finger nailsG
And smiles and thinks happily of many thingsH
