The Sorrow Of The Winds Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBA CDDC EFFE ABBA

O winds that pass uncomfortedA
Through all the peaceful meads of springB
And tell the trees your sorrowingB
That they must mourn till ye are fledA
-
Think ye the Tyrian distance holdsC
The crystal of unbroken sleepD
That those forgetful purples keepD
No veiled contentious greens and goldsC
-
Half with communicated griefE
Half that they are not free to passF
With you across the flickering grassF
Mourns each inclin d bough and leafE
-
And I with soul disquietedA
Shall find within the haunted springB
No peace till your strange sorrowingB
Is down the Tyrian distance fledA
