The Hope Of The Infinite Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACCADEEFFE

My hope is in the unharvestable deepA
That shows with eve the treasure of the starsB
To mournful kings behind their palace barsB
And wanderers outworn and boys who weepA
A shattered bauble or above the sleepA
Of headsmen and of men condemned to dieC
Pours out the moon's white mercy from on highC
Or hides with clement gloom the hours that creepA
Like death worms to the grave And I have ta'enD
From storming seas by sunset glorifiedE
Or from the dawn of ashen wastes and wideE
Some light re gathered from the lamps that waneF
And promise of a translunary SpainF
Where loves forgone and forfeit dreams abideE
