Plum-flowers Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABA BCB CDC

On boughs a tremble with the rainA
The blown white flowers of the plumB
Their fragile hold awhile retainA
-
And though tempestuous tears have comeB
Between us and a startled moanC
From mouths that kisses have made dumbB
-
Still still the gentler tears atoneC
And still we keep our April loveD
Like poising petals all unflownC
