Lichens Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCBDAEDEAFGHFGH

Pale green and black and bronze and greyA
In broken arabesque and foliate starB
They cling so closely grownC
Upon the sombre stoneC
That one would deem they areB
As much a part thereof as the designD
Is part of some old porcelain from CathayA
Some vase of Tang or MingE
Patterned with blossoms intricate and fineD
And leaves of alien springE
Exempt forever from the year's decayA
Old too they seem and with the stones coevalF
Fraught with the stillness and the mysteryG
Of time not known to manH
Like runes and pentacles of a primevalF
Unhuman wizardryG
That none may use nor scanH
