Immortelle Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACB CDCCD

Her love is like an autumn flow'rA
An immortelle with petals wideB
Risen beside the vine wrought bow'rA
Whose red leaves loosened hour by hourC
Pass on the airs of eventideB
-
On some lost wind the loves that wereC
In the bleak night are blown awayD
But the white memory of herC
Endures amid the sigh and stirC
Of all dead dreams of yesterdayD
