Grecian Yesterday Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABA CDC EFE GHG IJI ABA

To the loved days we shared aloneA
Leda beyond the moons and milesB
The swan of my desire has flownA
-
Again you stand as once you stoodC
Naked with sun ignited hairD
Before the dark Hellenic woodC
-
That hangs beside that halcyon seaE
And all my heart is turned to loveF
And love fulfills the veins of meE
-
No Syrinx flees no satyr salliesG
From the still oaks and brooding baysH
In us their ancient rapture ralliesG
-
That sweeps away the world and bringsI
Once more the many flowered primeJ
After an age of flowerless thingsI
-
To the loved days we shared aloneA
Leda beyond the moons and milesB
The swan of my desire has flownA
