Exorcism Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDAAEF GGGHIJKLMNOAO

Like ghosts returning stealthilyA
From those grey landsB
Palled with funereal ashes fallingC
After the burnt out sunsetD
The mists of the valley reach with wavering slowA
Malignant arms from pine to pine and climb the hillA
As fatal memories climbE
To assail some heart benighted and bewitchedF
-
And once they would have creptG
Around me in resistless long beleaguermentG
To lay their death bleak fingers on my heartG
But nowH
My memories are of you and of the many gracesI
And tender immortal mad beatitudes of loveJ
And every chill and death born phantomK
Made harmless now and dimL
Must pass to haunt the inane unpassioned airM
And only living ghostsN
Of raptures gone or ecstasies to beO
May touch me and attain within the circleA
Your arms have set about meO
