Connaissance Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIDJFKLMNOPQ

Only through the senses have I known youA
But you are nearer than the things of senseB
Nearer than is the daylight in mine eyesC
And nearerD
Than scent of orchard blossoms in the darkE
Or touch of mountain wind or water flowingF
Or long belov d music heard once moreG
Among belov d facesH
The sense of you is more than sight or audienceI
The thought of you lies deeperD
Than the clear springs of recollectionJ
The shallow tarns of dreamingF
You flow a stronger blood within my bloodK
Poured from a heart whose pulsesL
Suffuse the veins of centaurs and of godsM
You are a thought encompassing all other thoughtsN
Even as the sea enfolds the kelp and coralO
And the sea flowers arid sea monstersP
And the domes of deep unsunned AtlantisQ
