Chance Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDEFCF

Bow down before the daemon of the worldA
This monstrous god half idiot and half apeB
With fumbling hands omnipotent to shapeB
A harlot's breast or build great altars HurledA
From the lost sun to sunless hell or whirledA
Back to their heaven with equal jest and japeB
All other gods shall nevermore escapeB
His will that once begot them Wars unfurledA
With banners blown like ever wandering firesC
From realm to realm conflagrant or the playD
Of coupling mice or monsters wake alwayE
To his dominion Darkly born thereofF
The troubling atoms teem to stars and byresC
The leper's flesh the white flesh of thy loveF
