The Secret Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHCH

IT was the House of QuietnessA
To which I came at duskB
The garth was lit with rosesC
And heavy with their muskB
-
The tremulous tall poplar treesD
Stood whispering aroundE
The gentle flicker of their plumesF
More quiet than no soundE
-
And as I wondered at the doorG
What magic might be thereH
The Lady of Sweet SilencesC
Came softly down the stairH
