Have You Forgotten? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDECDE

Have you forgotten how one Summer nightA
We wandered forth together with the moonB
While warm winds hummed to us a sleepy tuneB
Have you forgotten how you praised both lightA
And darkness not embarrassed yet not quiteA
At ease and how you said the glare of noonB
Less pleased you than the stars but very soonB
You blushed and seemed to doubt if you were rightA
We wandered far and took no note of timeC
Till on the air there came the distant callD
Of church bells we turned hastily and yetE
Ere we reached home sounded a second chimeC
But what have you indeed forgotten allD
Ah how then is it I cannot forgetE
