Dream-land Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAABCCCB DDDEFFFE GGGHDDDH CCCIJJJI

Where sunless rivers weepA
Their waves into the deepA
She sleeps a charmed sleepA
Awake her notB
Led by a single starC
She came from very farC
To seek where shadows areC
Her pleasant lotB
-
She left the rosy mornD
She left the fields of cornD
For twilight cold and lornD
And water springsE
Through sleep as through a veilF
She sees the sky look paleF
And hears the nightingaleF
That sadly singsE
-
Rest rest a perfect restG
Shed over brow and breastG
Her face is toward the westG
The purple landH
She cannot see the grainD
Ripening on hill and plainD
She cannot feel the rainD
Upon her handH
-
Rest rest forevermoreC
Upon a mossy shoreC
Rest rest at the heart's coreC
Till time shall ceaseI
Sleep that no pain shall wakeJ
Night that no morn shall breakJ
Till joy shall overtakeJ
Her perfect peaceI
