I tried to trust peopleA
The poison I getB
I tried to be loyalA
That came with insultsC
I tried to be meD
The perceptions nosedivedE
I try to be trueF
But the lies evaporatesG
-
All the love I gaveH
Came in hateful wavesI
All the time I spokeJ
None was a serious notesK
For each help I getB
The more gossip it springsL
For tenfold and blindfold I craveH
It became dawn to meD
-
If it was for loveM
Living could mean a thing or twoF
If it was for cultureN
People will stay in putO
But all was for cloutsL
Every one Chase and cruiseL
For time they say is of no useL
The waiter lives no moreP
