An Afternoon's Downpour Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCADEDFGHIJ

Rags canvassing the obscured windshieldA
Oh how futile the effortB
Loud mumblings of people aloftC
My eyes I do for bright lights shieldA
Stranded babes on the city's streetsD
The fruits of our laborE
Lacing the roads with water sheetsD
Scared tourists regretting their five grandF
Literature students heading homewardG
Limping teacher there already feet andH
Body mind relaxed I lone to venture home watching as she paddled her bus through the thick all in nature'sI
Malicious reckoned with aweJ
