Masses Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKLJ

Among the mountains I wandered and saw blue haze andA
red crag and was amazedB
On the beach where the long push under the endless tideC
maneuvers I stood silentD
Under the stars on the prairie watching the Dipper slantE
over the horizon's grass I was full of thoughtsF
Great men pageants of war and labor soldiers and workersG
mothers lifting their children these all IH
touched and felt the solemn thrill of themI
And then one day I got a true look at the Poor millionsJ
of the Poor patient and toiling more patient thanK
crags tides and stars innumerable patient as theL
darkness of night and all broken humble ruins of nationsJ
