They offer you many thingsA
I a fewB
Moonlight on the play of fountains at nightC
With water sparkling a drowsy monotoneD
Bare shouldered smiling women and talkE
And a cross play of loves and adulteriesA
And a fear of death and a remembering of regretsA
All this they offer youB
I come withF
salt and breadG
a terrible job of workH
and tireless warI
Come and have nowJ
