Baby Face Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AB CDDE FGHI

White moon comes in on a baby faceA
The shafts across her bed are flimmeringB
-
Out on the land White Moon shinesC
Shines and glimmers against gnarled shadowsD
All silver to slow twisted shadowsD
Falling across the long road that runs from the houseE
-
Keep a little of your beautyF
And some of your flimmering silverG
For her by the window to nightH
Where you come in White MoonI
