Only You In Sight Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Neither tea nor coffeeA
Nor wine nor whiskeyA
Just make yourself freeA
And come and sit with meA
A spur is all it takesB
For people to make mistakesB
Let the feet be on the pedalsC
But the mind be on the brakesB
Should I or should I not mentionD
That is the mute questionD
Let's see how it all goesE
And comes to a firm conclusionD
A few moments of love are enoughF
Without love what is life but a bluffF
We all know it is quite toughF
Just to pass through the roughF
Oh my Lord show me the lightG
So my darker sides turn brightG
And whichever way I look atH
I have only You and You in sightG
