To all our friends where er you areA
We send our Christmas greetingsB
May all the things you want come trueC
And we don t need online meetingsB
-
This year has been perhaps our worstD
Since wartime took its tollE
But together we can overcomeF
Whatever may befallG
-
Think of others not just yourselfH
Their lives depend on youC
Like soldiers fighting a hidden foeI
As a unit they might get throughC
-
But if we only think me meJ
And not what s best for allG
Instead of getting through togetherK
Together we will fallG
-
But let s not dwell on doom and gloomL
And restrictions getting tighterK
With vaccines soon to help us allG
The future s looking brighterK
-
So once again a Christmas wishM
To friends and family tooC
Good luck good health and happinessN
May they always be with youC
