What's Real Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDEFCCGDHH

Alone in the nightA
but your image is fresh in sightA
Am not going to smile why this is only for awhileB
The fresh tastes of your kisses all sweet as wineC
Vineyards need to be tended to watered and moreD
sometimes alittle song sets the mood right twinkle twinkle see the beauty star in her eyesE
For a moment thy soul is all drowned in yoursF
Created a sparkle now all glitters and shineC
Wished much earlier you were mineC
My emotions all in your hands thought of a softer grip but I guess you hold tighter not to let goG
Rose flowers all scattered on the floorD
She choose the black polo horse to ride on her chaseH
Silence maybe made easy between us the love we got on caseH
