Premonition Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHGH IJKJ

He said Good night my heart is lightA
To morrow morn at dayB
We two together in the dewC
Shall forth and fare awayB
-
We shall go down the halls of dawnD
To find the doors of joyE
We shall not part again dear heartF
And he laughed out like a boyE
-
He turned and strode down the blue roadG
Against the western skyH
Where the last line of sunset glowedG
As sullen embers dieH
-
The night reached out her kraken armsI
To clutch him as he passedJ
And for one sudden momentK
My soul shrank back aghastJ
