Aimless Drifters Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CDEF GGHH

We wake up most mornings with a sighA
Wanting a few more hours to lieA
And get atleast another hour of sleepB
And in this thought we get in so deepB
-
We begin the day with a smile accepting life as it comesC
Overcoming struggles in all its formsD
But often forget to say our prayersE
And forget to thank God in all areasF
-
In humans four of every fiveG
Keeps breathing but they're not aliveG
Living everyday without having something to run afterH
Living life like an aimless drifterH
