Chorus Of Women Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEFGHGAEIJKBIB

They're always abusing the womenA
As a terrible plague to menB
They say we're the root of all evilC
And repeat it again and againB
Of war and quarrels and bloodshedD
All mischief be what it mayE
And pray then why do you marry usF
If we're all the plagues you sayE
And why do you take such care of usF
And keep us so safe at homeG
And are never easy a momentH
If ever we chance to roamG
When you ought to be thanking heavenA
That your Plague is out of the wayE
You all keep fussing and frettingI
'Where is my Plague to day 'J
If a Plague peeps out of the windowK
Up go the eyes of menB
If she hides then they all keep staringI
Until she looks out againB
