Rhyme Scheme: A BCBDCEFGHIJCKLMNOPQR STGUNLVWIXVFYIZA2TA2

To R LA
-
NEITHER her voice her nameB
Eyes quietness neitherC
That moved through the light that cameB
Cold stalk in her teethD
Bitten of some blue flowerC
Knew I before nor sawE
This was a dream AhF
This was a dream There was sunG
Laid on the cloths of a tableH
We drank together Her mouthI
Was a lion's mouth out of jadeJ
Cold with a fable of waterC
Faces I could not seeK
Watched me with gentleness GraceL
Folded my body with wingsM
I cannot love you she saidN
My head she laid on her breastO
As stillness with ringing of beesP
I was filled with a singing of praiseQ
Knowledge filled me and peaceR
We were silent and not ashamedS
Ah we were glad that dayT
They asked me but it was oneG
Dead they meant and not IU
She was beside me she saidN
We rode in a desert placeL
We were always happy Her sleevesV
Jangled with earrings of goldW
They told me the wind from the southI
Was the cold wind to be fearedX
We were galloping under the leavesV
This was a dream AhF
This was a dreamY
And her mouthI
Was not your mouth nor her eyesZ
But the rivers were four and I knewA2
As a secret between us the wayT
Hands touch it was youA2
