A Thousand Martyrs I Have Made Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCC DEDEFF GHGIJK

A thousand Martyrs I have madeA
All sacrific'd to my desireB
A thousand Beauties have betray'dA
That languish in resistless FireB
The untam'd Heart to hand I broughtC
And fixt the wild and wandring ThoughtC
-
I never vow'd nor sigh'd in vainD
But both th false were well receiv'dE
The Fair are pleas'd to give us painD
And what they wish is soon believ'dE
And th I talked of Wounds and SmartF
Loves Pleasures only toucht my HeartF
-
Alone the Glory and the SpoilG
I always Laughing bore awayH
The Triumphs without Pain or ToilG
Without the Hell the Heav'n of JoyI
And while I thus at random roveJ
Despise the Fools that whine for LoveK
