A creature is that humane flesh deuouresA
From out whose bowels fatnesse may be takenB
That being dried by fire a certaine houresA
Will waxe as hard as crust of bread well bakenB
Which fat dissolued and with the leane confusedC
Of that bodie from whom you must it takeD
May be with skill and industrie so vsedC
That a confection thereof we doe makeD
Greatly helping though it be held no woonderE
Against all tempest lightning and thunderE
