Sonnet Xci Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDCDCD

On the fleet streams the Sun that late aroseA
In amber radiance plays the tall young grassB
No foot hath bruis'd clear Morning as I passB
Breathes the pure gale that on the blossom blowsA
And as with gold yon green hill's summit glowsA
The lake inlays the vale with molten glassB
Now is the Year's soft youth yet me alasB
Cheers not as it was wont impending woesA
Weigh on my heart the joys that once were mineC
Spring leads not back and those that yet remainD
Fade while she blooms Each hour more lovely shineC
Her crystal beams and feed her floral TrainD
But ah with pale and waning fires declineC
Those eyes whose light my filial hopes sustainD
