Moving On. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIBJBGKLHMNFO PHQRFFSLTCU H

I want to move onA
But move on means forgettingB
And I'm not ready to let go yetC
We're separated by a thousand milesD
But you still hold the leashE
It feels like you still own meF
I loved you with everything i hadG
My brain screams to let goH
My heart whispers hold on while you canI
It's this waging war that has left me hangingB
For I'm drowning in my mindJ
I'm searching for an endingB
An ending to what we hadG
And i need to accept this factK
To free myselfL
My mind wills me to let goH
But my heart doesn't want me toM
Memories of us play on replay while I sleepN
I can almost feel your presence on the empty space beside meF
I close my eyes tears shed as I lay tangled in the sheets at midnightO
We were inseparable at one timeP
But that feels like a lifetime agoH
We were different people back thenQ
We wanted different things you saidR
So when was it that you stopped wanting meF
When was it that you stopped loving meF
And whyS
I console myselfL
Yes We are apartT
But yetC
We fall asleep under the same starsU
