subsumed a rumorI
in a mumble of oceanJ

definition however has not beenL
totally banished hangingA
tassel by tassel panicledH
foxtail and needlegrassF
dropseed furred hawkweedH
and last season's rose hipsF
are vested in silencedH
chimes of the finestH
clearest sea crystalM
OpacityH
opens up rooms a showcaseF
for the hueless moonflowerI
corolla as GeorgiaE
O'Keefe might have seen itH
of foghorns the noddingA
campanula of bell buoysF
the ticking linearI
filigree of bird voicesF
