Like Rousseau Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDDEF GHIEJKLMND

She stands beside me stands awayA
the vague indifferenceB
of her dreams Dreaming to go onC
and go on there like animals fleeingD
the rise of the earth But standingD
intangible my lust a worked angerE
a sweating close covering for the crudely salty soulF
-
Then back off and where you go Box of wordsG
and pictures Steel balloons tied to our mouthsH
The room fills up and the house Street tiltsI
City slides and buildings slide into the riverE
What is there left to destroy That is not closeJ
or closer Leaning away in the angle of languageK
Pumping and pumping all our eyes criss crossL
and flash It is the lovers pulling down empty structuresM
They wait and touch and watch their dreamsN
eat the morningD
