The Cabaret In The Suburbs Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKL

The sweaty heads of waiters tower above the roomA
Like lofty and powerful capitalsB
Lice ridden boys giggle nastilyC
And shining girls give painfully beautiful looksD
And distant women are so very excitedE
They have hundreds of red round handsF
Still large without endG
Placed around their high motley belliesH
Most people are drinking yellow beerI
Grocers their cigarettes burning gapeJ
A fine young woman sings vulgar songsK
A young Jew plays the piano with great pleasureL
