Now Of Course Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFCG

Now of course I put on my straw hatA
Rain has washed the evening blueB
How the world glows I look up piouslyC
My hands deep in my trouser pocketsD
If the morning drives me home with screams and stonesE
Half dead stripped of my skinF
Yet I'm ready for the night I shall soon be happyC
Street lamps blaze Kitchen maids screechG
