Only far off where its foul vapors burstB
Green glow pours down The housesC
Gray grimaces are fiendishly bloated with mistD

Yellowish lights are beginning to gleamE
A stout father with wife and children dozesF
Painted women are practicing their dancesC
Grotesque mimes strut towards the theaterG

Jokers shriek foul connoisseurs of menH
The day is dead and a name remainsI
Powerful men gleam in girls' eyesJ
A woman yearns for her beloved womanK
