Or even for an instant recognize | D |
The climes conditions and environment | F |
Beloved by them in that pre natal span | G |
Though past and future both be sealed to man | G |

Her floodgates with fond recollection fraught | I |
'Twould then renew the dormant fires of hope | H |
Now smothered out by speculative thought | I |
'Twould then rekindle faith within a breast | J |
