An Answer Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABABABCDDC

When passing years have streaked with frostA
These tresses now as jetB
When life's meridian is crossedA
And beauty's sun has setB
When youth's last fleeting charm is lostA
Wilt thou be constant yetB
Nor time thy sentiment exhaustA
And cause thee to forgetB
If soC
My answer I confessD
Shall be a calm decided YesD
But otherwise a NoC
