In the harbor passiveA
Just where green water calmly sleepsB
Set in the column strong and massiveA
Appeared navy's silent shipsC

All four were gray And many questionsD
Were shortly overwhelming usE
And sailors very tanned and fashionedF
To shore in solemn silence passedG

The world became luring and broadH
But once ships started to departI
The four of them on their roadJ
Dug in the ocean and nightK

The sea obtained the former glowL
The lone beacon sadly twinkledM
When on the mast becoming lowL
The last of signals lost the linkN

Oh how little we wait from livingO
We are the children I and youP
You see the heart is happy seeingO
The smallest part of all that newP

A pocket knife brought you a treasureQ
The speck of dust from a far landR
And world again becomes a strangerQ
That by the colored cloud veiledS
