The Storm Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHIH JKLK

The rough old Mr StormA
Is whirling swirling pastB
He makes the treetops bow their headsC
And trembles at his blastB
-
He never stops to thinkD
Of the damage he may doE
He's always rushing in and outF
And hitting batting youE
-
He pushes big black cloudsG
Against the mountain topsH
The rain and hail comes rushing downI
In large round crystal dropsH
-
The storm will soon be overJ
See the rainbow in the skyK
The birds will sing on airy wingL
And the bright sun shine on highK
