On Looking For Models Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKLEMN

The trees in timeA
have something else to doB
besides their treeing What is itC
I'm a starving to deathD
man myself and thirsty thirstyE
by their fountains but I cannot drinkF
their mud and sunlight to be wholeG
I do not understand these presencesH
that drink for monthsI
in the dirt eat lightJ
and then fast dry in the coldK
They stand it out somehowL
and how the Botanists will tell meE
It is the something else that bothersM
me so I often go back to the forestsN
