| And if a sour thing like salt would sweeten our food | B |
| Why wont fear make our guts get in to its best mood | B |
| Well dont neglecate that point its a CHECK MATE | C |
| Gotta do what you fear and dont hesitate | C |
| Feeling afraid means you got bigger better things going on | D |
| Don't try neglecting it and run away from it to move on | D |
| If you run away you are not moving on you're moving on with it | E |
| So stand and face up your monster if you wanna kill it | E |

| An electrified beauty of a rainbow comes out after a deadly Tsunami | F |
| An extrodinary colourful butterfly flies up leaving its old caterpillar identity | F |
| And we always get in to better things but to see it it takes a great personality | F |
| You will be left in darkness if you see in the darkest ways | G |
| So why sit when you can release your rays | G |
| How can write your life without trying to know what it says | H |
| Stand up by saying no more seating back and watch | I |
| Stand up by saying no more waiting for your guts to hatch | J |

| Stay humble let peace get into your veins and follow wherever it leads | L |
