Till Death Brings Us Closer Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABB CDE FGG HGI

Your toils must not soil your faithA
Be reminded that the old man is lateB
I loved you before you were born this is fateB
-
In my robes of death I carved you a clothe of loveC
In the ornaments of thorns I decorated your life without oddsD
Your praise and devotion is my foodE
-
The world will taunt you with darknessF
People will question you for effective service before meG
Life will try to give you a fake identityG
-
-
Let your thought be clean and transparentH
Let the music in your songs be meG
In death I am closer to youI
