Twas childhood daysA
Once betrayed andB
As a part of our current dismayC
Of times gone byD

As we try to recreate a timeE
And place of forgotten space andB
Distant landscapeF

A notion of a potionG
We ve pulled forwardH
In an effort to alleviate our emotionG
Of a common commotionG
-
Of a mind restless and eagerI
To anticipate a thread of theJ
Bed we ve made bareK
Though we do not dareK
-
To tread alone into the emptinessL
And stareK
Out at the majesty which is thereK
-
We need not compare this dayC

With times gone byD
InsteadM
Practice the releaseN
Of the surcease duringO
This winters masterpieceN
Of a life once known to be at peaceN

For peace is always thereK
A comfort for your care so pleaseP
Always remember youQ
