I Sat alone , near the bus Stop down the road.
No one seemed to be noticing me,
People going home, having their Suppers
To Eat.
But There I Was Shivering From Coldness.
At the moment no friends, no happy mood at all.
My Mother Died Few Years Ago.
There I Was the hunger Squeezing
My Tummy, the Night Fell On my Feet.
The Moon And The Stars Mocking Me.
Suddenly The Night Dimmed With Unpleasant Smile,
Memories Came Back When,
I Used To Stay Outside During The Night,
With My Mom Counting The Stars Sparkling With Amazement.
But there I was alone with my innocent Soul.
All I Could Hear Was the Cars Passing by
And Music Pumping From The Shebeen.
My feet covered by Old Black Lather Found
On The Street Winter Showed No Mercy.
Down the corridor near,
the Corner Store I Slept.

Poet's note: I've Learned That Important People Are Are Taken From You Too Soon.
But Remember Life Goes on with or without your Loved Ones.
This poem means a lot however it is so sad but at the end Life is going on.
