To This End Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CADA EBFB GHIH JKLK MNOJ

And hast Thou help for such as meA
Sin weary stained forlornB
Yea then if not for such as theeA
To what end was I bornB
-
But I have strayed so far awayC
So oft forgotten TheeA
No smallest thing that thou hast doneD
But was all known to MeA
-
And I have followed other godsE
And brought Thy name to scornB
It was to win thee back from themF
I wore the crown of thornB
-
And spite of all Thou canst forgiveG
And still attend my cryH
Dear heart for this end I did liveI
To this end did I dieH
-
And if I fall away againJ
And bring Thy Love to shameK
I'll find thee out where'er thou artL
And still thy love will claimK
-
All this for me whose constant lackM
Doth cause Thee constant painN
For this I lived for this I diedO
For this I live againJ
